How do you cook spaghetti in the Instant Pot?
- Turn your Instant Pot to saute add olive oil and toss in your onions and garlic powder or minced.
- Cook until you can begin to smell the aroma.
- Now toss in the ground beef, salt and basil, and parsley.
- Brown the meat completely, until it is no longer pink. If you buy lean meat you don’t usually have to drain your meat. But this helps it from becoming too greasy with less lean meats.
- Next toss in your broth, diced tomato or crushed tomatoes, and marinara sauce on top of the noodles.
- Cook on high pressure and then it's all done you will quick release.
Sometimes I also add a little Italian seasoning and onion powder.
This instant pot spaghetti recipe leaves you with the most perfect al dente noodles you will ever try.
Make sure your noodles are covered in liquid or they will not cook properly. Then set up your Instant Pot and let it cook away.
Perfectly easy to make and quick. Two things I love and the flavor of this spaghetti is absolutely delicious. I'm a huge fan of making spaghetti in the pressure cooker, and will never look back at my old ways.

So easy and so good! Thanks for this recipe. It's going to be my go-to from now on. The only thing I changed was using Italian seasoning in place of the basil and parsley since I think both are in Italian seasoning plus we like oregano. Outstanding!

Used White Chop Turkey instead of beef, and only used 1/2 box of spaghetti and decreased the broth. I big hit, very easy and flavorful.

I just made this spaghetti with meat sauce recipe and it tasted delicious! I like that you use the entire box of spaghetti. Many recipes only use half a box. I added two tablespoons of cream cheese to thicken up the sauce and it was perfect. I will definitely make it again!

How would you adjust to double the recipe? I'm assuming the cooking time stays the same but not sure how to adjust the liquid. Thanks in advance!
